The Shinrin-yoku Forest Trek is a guided trekking experience aimed at calming the nervous system, being present in the moment, and making well-being a practice through contact with nature.
On this particular hike:
The trekking route follows a slow pace, in tune with the natural rhythm of the forest.
Attention is directed to the breath, the body, and the present moment.
During the break, a conversation takes place with Tuba Unsal, founder of To be "Well" house, about the philosophy of forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku).
A space opens up for pausing, being silent, and being together over coffee.
Participants become part of a select community united by like-minded intentions that place well-being at the center of their lives.
This experience is focused on awareness, not performance.
The goal isn't to be faster, but to feel more deeply.
